We do not have any external financial support which we need to feed the kids and pay for teachers, so we must get creative in order to sustain our special school. Our students are very loving and kind to volunteers so you will very quickly be absorbed into our big family! With the intention to help underprivileged children and to provide modern and Buddhist education, we serve kids from very poor areas, some without parents, and/or families struggling to survive so the school is a special place for them because it provides them with a family and an opportunity for a better future. We are located just 10km from Kathmandu in a very peaceful forest with no traffic sounds, just birds chirping! We have 28 kids between the ages of 7 and 18 years old, all of whom live and study here. Our village and its surroundings are quite green and it's known as the greenest district of Nepal as well as the tea paradise. Since 20 months I have been doing silent fasting meditation and I'm planning to do it for 12 years. We offer unique spiritual pilgrimages, organic food, agricultural farming classes, Tantra yoga, sound healing, Chandi mantra chanting & meditation courses. This is a self-sustainable, fully organic farm & retreat center located in the Himalayan foothills. It´s a very peaceful and 6 hectares jungle of local tree, more space where i personally find a lot of inspiration and freedom. We try to design rural tourism project zone which is an open place for many different projects. Volunteers welcome to share own skill, idea and experience. We want to change the social structure through social movement so We designed one Open Social Movement Exhibition Center, which is under construction and want to volunteer help. Volunteers are the heart of the community. We keen interest to design volunteering program for international volunteers throughout in Nepal and especially in my eco-village. Our focus is Idea sharing, learning and helping each other from my placement. We believe that volunteering is one way to make worldwide friends and to get to know one another and to learn more idea from one another.
